Hi, I’m Jennifer, a Certified OBM. I’d like to share a bit about how I got here, and how I can help you.

My first love was classical music. Followed by writing. I pursued my passion for the classical world while using sales and telemarketing and office management to put myself through college, achieving a performance certificate in Opera and a Bachelors in English with a concentration in Education.

After running a private voice studio for over a decade, I found myself in a new role: Single Mother of Many. As a result, I started seeking additional means of making income.

I discovered Virtual Assisting in 2014, and a new passion was born. Over the past seven years I have dedicated myself to honing my communications, management, and technical skills working day to day in the businesses of my clients. I have provided both B2B and B2C Customer Service and Technical Support, detailed Copy Writing (specializing in LinkedIn Lead Generation Campaigns), created SOPs, managed teams, created policies for staff and customers alike, researched and implemented automations, CRMs and all things online business tech, and more. My last position as a “VA” started as a 10 hour weekly copywriting and support position and ended with me spending 3 years as the Director of Client services with the company, managing  our core team of 5  plus multiple contractors and two branches of product – one white-labeled reseller and one direct to consumer – while working directly with the Founder as his main integrator and gatekeeper. After several years, that company reorganized, and I found that I had outgrown my role and its limitations.
