I didn’t set out to work in operations. My first career was in classical music and writing. But as a single mom, I needed flexibility and income — so I stepped into the online space in 2014 as a VA. What started as a few hours of copywriting and support quickly became something more: I was organizing teams, running client services, and eventually serving as the Director of Client Services for a company with multiple branches and contractors.

That role showed me the truth: operations is where I thrive. I’m wired for problem solving, building systems that actually work, and creating order out of overwhelm.
